Job Duties:

Roberts Farms is located in West Tennessee on the banks of the Mississippi River. We are a no-till and cover crop based farm of 1,300+ acres currently growing corn, soybeans, and a mixture of winter cereals. Employee will operate tractors during planting/growing season, sprayers, combine during harvest, haul water to sprayer, drive farm truck hauling grain to on-farm storage and deliver to river terminals during harvest, and assist in all aspects of equipment maintenance/repair. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
