- Job Duties:
- We have a row crop operation where we raise corn, soybeans, wheat and hay. Employees will need to assist with tilling, planting, spraying and combining of these crops. Operate all types of farm equipment as needed. Employees will need to mow, rake and bale hay. Haul and spread manure on fields and work cattle as needed. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required.

- Special Requirements:
- Must have a regular driver's license. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post hire drug tests and post hire background checks at no cost to the employees to enforce a drug free workplace and work safety policy. Employer will not hire anyone with a violent or theft background. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
