Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to help with planting, fertilizing, harvesting, loading, unloading and hauling our grain (corn, soybeans and feed) from our fields to our storage locations. Employees will operate company owned trucks for transferring grain and fertilizer. Assist with the mixing and loading of liquid/dry fertilizer and chemical products. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment, trucks and grain handling equipment. Employees will be required to operate tractors, farm trucks, forklifts, scale operations, augers and front-end loaders and application equipment. Keep buildings clean and neat. Must have experience in operating large equipment, grain bins and feed equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. May provide pay experience based and/or longevity pay increases.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license. Job required extensive sitting, repetitive movements, extensive walking and frequent stooping. Drug free workplace. Employer will conduct post-hire and random drug testing and post-hire background checks at employer's expense. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will not hire anyone with a violent or theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require 3 months experience.
