Job Duties:

Property currently has old fence that needs replaced and new fence put up, hay fields needs cultivation and upkeep of irrigation equipment. General upkeep and repair of outbuildings that includes 2 storage sheds and a tool shop. Upkeep and shop help is needed in the 30 by 80 shop area where farm equipment is being repaired. Must be able to use a wire feed welder and power tools. Looking to add a greenhouse where various products will be produced in 2025. General upkeep of property that will include using a zero turn mower aswell as gas and battery operated weed eaters. Application of weed killer and fertilizer of property.ust be able to use a mechanical log splitter and stack firewood. Clearing wooded area and replacing with fruit trees.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
