Job Duties:

Manual farm labor, including but not limited to irrigation, cleaning equipment, operating heavy machinery, repairing machinery, and overall maintenance of the farm. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.

Special Requirements:

Must have 3 months experience in the operation and maintenance of farm equipment. Due to the use of vehicles and heavy machinery, drug testing may be conducted post-hire at the employers expense and is not part of the interview process. All workers may be subject to mandatory testing if they have been involved in a reportable accident or upon reasonable suspicion that drug use is impacting job performance. Criminal background checks are conducted post-hire at the employers expense. Any worker found to have a criminal conviction, DWI, commits serious acts of misconduct, refuses to follow instructions, violates work rules, fails to perform job duties competently, or other lawful job-related reasons will be terminated.
