- Job Duties:
- Plant, harvest, and fertilize crops; operate and maintain tractors and other farm equipment such as vehicles and machinery; irrigate crops; mow and weed eat shop yard and surrounding area; weld using cutting torch; work around and on grain system, weighing trucks. Includes general manual labor jobs. 18-wheelers are used to transport grain on the farm and within 30 miles of the farm. Workers may receive salary increases and bonuses based on merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
