Job Duties:
Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by the TSP Supervisor. Job duties may include operating farm machinery to do the following: plant, cultivate, spray, detassel, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, arid planter to tractor. Till soil, plant and spray row crops. Tow harvesting and spraying equipment. Perform a variety of duties such as operating, lubricating, cleaning and completing minor repairs to farm machinery and drive trucks to haul crops and grain to elevator or storage area on the farm. Workers may handle bags of seed and fertilizer. Workers will keep house and yard clean. May drive workers to and from housing and work sites, bank, grocery store and other errands.

Special Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) months experience in planting, cultivating, and harvesting and/or spraying corn and soybeans. Valid Indiana Drivers License required to drive company vehicles. The company may conduct criminal background checks on all new applicants for employment. Should come prepared wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for the environmental and working conditions described. Cell phone can only be used during breaks, emergencies, and communicated with supervisor when needed. Lifting requirement may have a range of 5 - 60 lbs. All tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at no cost to workers. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Most of the workday is spent in agricultural fields and involves exposure to sun, wind, rain, soil, mud, dust, heat, cold, humid, and other natural elements. Workers must be able to climb, stand, sit, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, bend (from the waist), push, pull, reach, and lift while performing their required job duties. Safety
