- TEND TO LAYING HENS, NEW CHICKS. DELIVER ORDERS. COUNT CHICKS, DETERMINE GENDER, DUMP & CLEAN HATCH BASKETS & HATCHERS. COLLECT, WASH & RACK EGGS. TRANSFER EGGS TO INCUBATORS & HATCHERS. CLEAN & PREP BARNS, CLEAN FEEDERS & WATERERS. TILL, PLANT & SET FEEDERS IN PENS. CONSTRUCT & DECONTRUCT PENS. CATCH, MARK & TRANSFER BIRDS FROM BARNS TO PENS. CATCH & DELIVER STARTED & MATURE BIRDS. MAINTAIN HEALTHY LIVING CONDITIONS FOR BIRDS. CONTROL WEED AROUND FARM. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A DUSTY ENVIROMENT. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, LIFT 50LBS, SIT & STAND FOR LONG HOURS. DRIVIER'SLICENSE REQUIRED.MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, SPEAK & UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. BONUSES MAY BE AWARED BASED ON MERIT OR EXPERIENCE. WORKERS HANDBOOK AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED UPON HIRE.
