Job Duties:

We custom harvest grain like wheat, durum, lentils, soybeans and corn. Operates self- propelled custom class harvesting machines to harvest corn and beans. Adjusts speed of cutters, blowers, conveyors, and heights of the cutting head using hand tools. Change cutting heads as appropriate for crops. Drives agricultural equipment to transport crops and supplies to designated locations. Drives transporter truck to haul harvesting equipment between locations. Operates equipment to plant and harvest employer's own crops. Each employee will be responsible for a piece of equipment and is responsible for the mechanical maintenance, appearance and repairs of that equipment.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Job requires extensive sitting and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 100 lbs of equipment. Job requires a regular driver's license and must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Require 6 months experience.
