Job Duties:

We farm and grow soybeans, cotton and corn. We need seasonal employees to assist with planting, raising and harvesting crops. Drive grain trucks from fields to storage. Must be able to operate tractor and grain cart. Must be able to do routine repairs, service and maintenance on equipment, farm trucks, combines and tractors. Will need to do field tillage, tractor driving. Must have experience with GPS operated equipment. Operate other farm equipment and tools as directed. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.

Special Requirements:

Extensive pushing, pulling, walking and frequent stooping. Workers should expect periods of little/no work during growing time. Hours and days of work may vary due to weather conditions. No cell phone usage during working hours. Cell phone can only be used during breaks and emergencies. Proper work attire is required. Employer will conduct random post-hire drug test at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug-free workplace. Failure of a drug test will result in termination. No smoking is allowed in employer vehicles, housing or on premises. No drinking and driving is allowed as prohibited by State law. Must have a regular driver's license. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Require 3 months experience.
