Job Duties:
Duties may include: Perform all duties related to grain harvest. Perform safety operational checks on tools, equipment daily for safe operation. Operate 2-way radio & fire extinguisher in case of field fires. Extensive stooping, bending, walking, Load/unload up to 50-90 lbs (1-2 man), tarp loads, wash, clean, wax equipment. Respect all property, equipment, and persons. Must not have allergies working in hay/grain field operation that may impair. Long hours apply; also downtimes may apply as hours may fluctuate due to weather and crop. Maintain all areas: sanitary, cleanliness & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

Special Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Based on Employer's discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal. Variable weather conditions may apply. Cell Phone use during work hours (outside of employer-designated break periods) is strictly prohibited. Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work.
