- Job Duties:
- Potentially any and all field duties, including but not limited to seeding, planting, spraying, combining, rock rolling, grain carting, rock removal, etc. Loading, mixing, and treating seed. Scale operation. Complete scale tickets and seed tags. Maintenance on vehicles, equipment, buildings, and anything else associated with the business. Yard maintenance. Seed show plot maintenance. Bin and truck cleaning. Building cleaning and maintenance. Climbing bins, legs, and associated equipment for servicing and operation. Transport seed, fertilizer, water, grain, gravel, dirt, etc. Any and all tasks that are required to complete the work assignment. Crops: corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, flax, peas, lentils, hay
