Job Duties:

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Record information about crops; Clean, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as planter, swather, baler, rake, wheel loader, mower, tillage tool to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as hay (including 3'x4' bales), wheat, corn, silage; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Haul and spread manure, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Drive vehicles such as pickup, UTV, ATV; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Weigh containers and record weights and identifying information.
