- Job Duties:
- Vegetable production: plant, transplant, thin, stake and tie, irrigate, fertilize, harvest, wash, and process a diverse collection of vegetables. Crops include: Herbs, Salad greens, Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Garlic, Onions / allium family, Brassicas, Summer and Winter squash, Bush beans, Root vegetables, Flowers, Berries. Maintain fencing and farm equipment. Tend a seasonal flock of chickens that are not overwintered.
