- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to operate farming equipment to cultivate, plant, harvest, etc. soybeans & sugarcane, clean, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work, drainage, field sanitation duties, shop areas, house and yard areas, etc. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Worker must be physically able to perform all duties described.
