Job Duties:

Employees must be able to comprehend and follow instructions of a company supervisor and communicate effectively. Workers will participate in ground operation, including picking up rocks, shoveling, clearing debris from field, leveling and removing old ground; also mixing and applying fertilizers, organic matter to the field and other field related treatments. Employees will also participate in the hauling and spreading of manure to maintain farm soil quality. Other activities will include moving irrigation pipes and equipment. Workers will be exposed and no limited to standing, bending and kneeling for long periods of time. Employees will be exposed to moderate loud noises, and other outdoor weather conditions; including variable temperatures; wet, humid and heat. Work duties will also require employees to assist in handling product and equipment. Workers will mainly use hand tools/equipment, such as: shovels, hoses, shears, clippers, loopers, planters, sprayers, cultivators, leaf blowers, forklift, tractors, etc.
