Job Duties:

Workers will drive trucks and operate equipment for custom farm manure pumping, row crop mechanical planting and harvesting, and for sileage harvesting, machine packing and bagging will be done only as part of the machine harvesting of silage for farmers in the Ft. Atkinson, WI, area contracting with employer. Workers may also operate equipment planting crops and preparing soil for employer's clients; and may wash, maintain, and repair employer's equipment. Employer will provide at least one worker per crew, without charge to them, with 2 way multichannel radios with a 150 mile radius, during the entire period of employment.

Because of the nature of the work, work hours and dates listed are only approximate, and will vary with weather and the day-to-day needs of the employer and its client farmers. Workers will not be required to work on federal holidays or on their religious sabbath.
