- Job Duties:
- Drive and operate forage harvester and/or silage trucks for custom harvesting operations. Also may include operating tractors, mergers, swathers, packing tractor. Mechanical experience is preferred and a bonus. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive trucks to haul harvesting machine between work sites. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Employer requires drug screen and background check post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of operating expensive tools and equipment and the presence of children on the farm.
