- Job Duties:
- Harvesting: With the aid of a harvesting knife, the workers will cut and harvest the following commodities: Iceberg Lettuce, Broccoli, Romaine lettuce and Red & Green leaf lettuce, Celery, brussels sprouts, grapes, cabbage cauliflower, sweet baby broccoli. Thinning and Hoeing: With the aid of long handled hoe workers will weed and thin vegetables and grapes. Vineyard Work: will consist of pruning, shoot thinning, leaf pulling, suckering, moving Wires, hoeing, vine training, planting, removal of vines, removal of stakes, installation of stakes and wire, harvesting, pesticide application, tractor work and Irrigation General Agriculture Labor of the above listed commodities

- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT In consideration of my employment by Pacifica Personnel, Inc. or one of its affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, or parent companies (collectively, the Company) and the mutual covenants in this Agreement our Client Adam Brothers Farming, Inc., the Company, and I agree that this Dispute Resolution Agreement (this Agreement) will apply to all covered legal claims between the Company and me. This Agreement is an arbitration agreement governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. sections 1 et seq., and evidences a transaction involving commerce. This arbitration agreement will be signed as part of the employee work contract. The employer assures that the Dispute Resolution Agreement shall not preclude the workers from filing claims with the Americas Job Center of California offices (AJCCs) under the Employment Services Complaint System, and that the workers will not face retaliation.
