Job Duties:

Job requires a semi skilled far worker, has the ability to use modern farm equipment such as GPS equipped tractors, set irrigation waters on drip systems, or sprinklers. Drive tractor to and from field to shed with hay, produce or other commodities. Be semi mechanically inclined, able to repair flats on the farm, change out equipment on tractors, be able to operate forklifts, go through packing equipment and do basic repairs and set ups, such as replacing bearings, belts. During harvest of produce workers will be involved in physically harvesting produce. Also works may be involved in weeding crops to maintain them clean, and field sanitation keeping fields in clean conditions. Cleaning and Maintenace on all facilities on farm including produce sheds, hay sheds.

Workers need to be able to lift 25 pounds , such a spare tire, tools and so on. Work is out in West Texas where in the summer temperatures can be pretty extreme as high as 100 degrees
