- Job Duties:
- Drive trucks and tractors to perform crop raising duties; including planting, tilling, spraying & fertilizing. Field ready implements & equipment. Observe, adjust, repair, service equipment, notify employer of malfunctions. Observing & listening to equipment to detect malfunctions of the equipment. Harvest crops using tractor drawn machinery and maintain employer property. Haul grain to market. LIMITED CELL PHONE USAGE to aid in helping with the operations of the farm, need focus on productivity of the operation not a focus of social networking during business hours. 30 minute lunch break offered. Crops: canola, wheat, pinto beans, soybeans, corn, peas, lentils.
