- Job Duties:
- Employees will need to operate farm equipment to swath hay with self-propelled swather, bale hay/cornstalks, stack and rake hay. Employees will need to do routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and farm buildings. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may give performance/longevity pay increases.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require 3 months experience.
