- Job Duties:
- Fill out Food Safety Compliance Logs and upload to software. Make sure all Food Safety regulations are being followed in the field and in the packing house. Work with H2A workers including translating training material as needed, and filling out training logs, filling out non-compliance forms as needed, working with any workers in non-compliance and acting as the point of contact for workers to come to with any concerns. Make sure H2A housing is being maintained properly. Work with the office manager to ensure outgoing and incoming truck paperwork is completed as needed and work with warehouse manager in regards to inbound and outbound loads. Other general office and warehouse duties may be required. Crops: Tomatoes, sweetcorn, watermelon, squash, cucumbers, strawberries, peppers, pumpkins.
