Job Duties:

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self propelled combine. General lubrication, upkeep like fuel up, check fluids and cleaning equipment. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Workers will work Monday-Saturday 10 hour days. Additional hours could be made available to the workers if they are interested and the workload allows it.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Employees must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of being hired. Employer requires drug screening post-hire at employers expense due to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
