Job Duties:

Workers will operate grain carts to till, plant, spray, cultivate, and harvest soybean crops. Workers will maintain and repair equipment and facilities. Must be physically able to regularly lift 50 lbs. Workers may also help harvest sugarcane crops in the fall. Workers must have 3 months experience of heavy equipment operation. Drug screens will be conducted upon accident or incident and will be at the cost of the employer. Failure or refusal of the drug test is grounds for immediate termination.
