Job Duties:

Workers will seed organic vegetables and water plants in hoop house and field, transplant vegetables into fields and weed by hand and with tools. Workers will string up vegetable and fruit trees, harvest them by hand, tractor, and with a mule train, thin fruit trees by hand, grade, sort and pack fruit and vegetables, lay and remove plastic mulch, general cleaning and maintenance of equipment and packing facilities. Workers must be able to lift 50 lbs. All produce is organic, workers must have 3 months verifiable experience with organic farming. Those workers with drivers licenses will transport produce from employers field to packing shed (non CDL).
