- Manually plant, cultivate, and harvest diversified vegetable planting Use hand tools to till, fertilize, transplant, weed, thin, prune, clean, irrigate, and load produce. Maintain fences and buildings. Crops include: tomatoes, carrots, beets, cilantro, onions, scallions, radishes, cucumbers, cabbage, collard greens, kale, garlic, summer squash, eggplant, sweet corn, jalapeno, tomatillos, potatoes, Mexican herbs.
