- Job Duties:
- May perform any combination of tasks related to planting, cultivating, & harvesting various fruit & vegetables. Can use hand tools such as shovels, hoes, & knives. Duties may include tiling soil applying fertilizer & pesticides, weeding, cleaning, sorting, packing & handling harvested products. Must comply with filling out necessary paperwork to comply with our food safety program, training is provided. Work is usually performed outdoors sometimes under extremely hot or cold conditions. Work is physically demanding requiring workers to bend, stoop, lift, & carry up to 50lbs on a frequent basis. Basic understanding of English language for safety & instructions. 2 months experience required in work listed.
