- Job Duties:
- Employee will perform duties such as drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Machinery to include Tractor(s), Seeder, Air Drill, Sprayer, Grain Cart, Combine(s) etc. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, mower and drill to tractor for mowing and or tillage. Employee must have knowledge of how to properly move seeding and harvesting equipment safely from field to field.. Employee will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, basic facility maintenance/upkeep and shop work. Employees will not operate any vehicles over 26,001lb GVW Weight limit.
