- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: general repairs, maintenance and cleaning of farm equipment, irrigation, and farm housing; inspect equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects; operate forklift and assist in unloading, loading, or moving of farm materials and product; operate tractor to transport, pull, push, till and load and unload product, and apply pesticides; and if worker is eligible to drive under Michigan law and provides proof of no infraction from official source, Employer may require worker to complete the following: drive Employer-provided vehicle to and from the worksite; deliver to market and storage; drive passenger vehicles to haul farm workers; transport trailers to and from worksites; move trailers throughout field/loading area to allow harvest crew to put harvested product on trailer; monitor harvested product loaded on trailer by harvest crew; transport harvested grain to and from fields in tractors pulling wagons; load and unload harvested grain; transport grain trailers to and from worksites.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires worker to complete tasks in operating agriculture equipment. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Experience Requirement: 3 months verifiable experience to include commercial agriculture equipment operation of 200 horsepower or more. Applicants must furnish job references from employers of the last 5 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Drug testing is not utilized as a pre-employment tool and is done at employer's expense.
