Job Duties:

All general duties related to thoroughbred horse work, including grooming horses, daily handling of horses, cleaning stalls, driving tractor, feeding horses, maintenance work ie: mowing, fencing.

Special Requirements:

Must have 3 months experience working in crop(s) and/or agricultural activity identified in this job order. Workers must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently. Workers must be physically fit to perform job duties without succumbing to excessive exhaustion. Workers will be provided safety training and will be expected to handle tools/equipment safely and carefully so as to avoid crop damage and to protect the worker from potential injury. No smoking, alcohol or illegal weapons or controlled substances in the worksite or in the houses. Able to stoop, bend, and work in cold and wet conditions. Safety use and training provided by employer. Workers must abide by Employer housing rules. Ability to communicate in English or Spanish is required for training and safety purposes. (i.e. Workers must listen to, understand and follow instructions of Employer supervisors and managers.)
