Job Duties:

Workers are required to perform the following duties, but are not limited thereto: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as a planter, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine, swather baler and rake. Irrigation of crops. Maintenance of pivots for irrigation purposes. General maintenance of farm equipment, machinery and vehicles - lubrication, oil change and replacing of filters. Driving farm equipment like tractor, combine, swather, baler and rake

Special Requirements:

Minimum of three months verifiable experience. No minimum experience required. Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling and walking, frequent stooping or bending over and movements might be repetitive. Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60 lbs. Most work is performed outdoors and workers will be exposed to hot and humid conditions.
