Job Duties:

The worker will assist in daily functions associated with agricultural production including but not limited to: Assist in the mixing and loading of agricultural chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers and seed materials. The application of these crop inputs is vital for healthy growth and production of local row and grain crops. These crops mainly include but are not limited to: potatoes, onions, carrots, alfalfa, corn, peas, wheat and beans Workers May: •Operate farm equipment to distribute agricultural/crop products that have been delivered to the main office. •Maintain farm equipment by changing oil, batteries, etc. as needed. such as tractors, trailers, implements, pumps, aircraft, belts, trucks and handling facilities Chemical Application: Job consists of successfully completing and receiving the worker protection standard training program. This training will be provided by employer at no cost to the employee. Employees will operate tractor with a mechanical sprayer attached that contains chemicals, fertilizers, insecticides, or herbicides used during the growing and crop maintenance process. Appropriate mixing of materials will be required, as well as use of all required personal protective equipment as dictated by the label of product or company policy. •Relocating farm equipment as necessary within the farm properties. •Track all agricultural products and loads delivered to farm in daily record •Proficiency in English or Spanish is required for training and safety purposes •Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and carry/lift objects over 50lbs (assistance available over 50 lbs) •Worker must have a applicator license, If a worker does not have an applicator license, the Employer will help employee obtain an applicator license. Workers can also: 1.Drive tractors 2.Spray and mix chemicals and fertilizers 3.Operate trucks to carry farm equipment, crops and farmworkers within the farm. 4. Perform general repair of agricultural equipment Oregon Pesticide Attestation: The Employer attests that all workers will be properly trained in the Worker Protections Standard (WPS) by qualified WPS trainers who have completed an EPA­approved Train-the-Trainer course pursuant to the Oregon Department of Agriculture

2) Worker must possess 3 months of agricultural equipment operator experience 4e) Must be able to lift and/or load 60 lbs. 4g) Work may take place when temperatures are below freezing and above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. 4h) May require extensive pulling and/or pushing of tools, wheel barrows, containers, etc. 4i) May require worker to sit and/or walk for extensive periods of time while sorting, picking, examining, weeding, transporting, pruning, etc. 4j) Workers will be required to stoop and/or bend over while performing farm labor such as weeding, irrigating, pruning, picking, removing debris, etc. 4k) There will be repetitive movements while performing most of the farm labor duties, for example picking, sorting, pruning, shoveling, weeding, SEE ADDENDUM C
