- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors during the cultivation, planting and harvesting of sugarcane. Workers will be required to do general farm labor such as, shovel/drainage work, minor repair and maintenance and cleaning of farm equipment and vehicles, field sanitation duties, cleaning shop and mowing shop yard, cleaning house and keeping the yard mowed and clear of debris, and any other farm duties that may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers will be required to follow all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
