- Job Duties:
- Workers will be responsible for operating equipment such as cutters, swathers, and tractors used in harvesting agricultural commodities. Workers will clean and maintain equipment, perform basic lubrication duties and make minor repairs. The average work week is 44 hours plus depending on the workload. During the harvest season, the work week is 7 days per week for 10 plus hours per day. Days and hours will vary depending on weather conditions, need, or other crop factors. Must have at least 3 months verifiable experience operating farm equipment.
