Job Duties:

Drives and operates farm machinery installed with GPS to perform farm activities of plant cultivating and harvesting of crops such as wheat and corn. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, disks, and drags to furrow and fertilize the soil. Must be able to work independently after given instructions. Employees must have valid drivers license or obtain one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in vehicles, equipment, housing or grounds. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged. No Educational level required. Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors.
