Job Duties:

Employees will operate equipment with towed feeder wagon implements designated for feeding and bedding cattle. They will assist with calving the herd and care for newborns. Check pens for water, cleanness and health conditions of the animals. They will grind feed, vaccinate, brand and tag ears of the animals. Routine maintenance will need to be done on machinery, grounds and structures. Must have a good attitude and work independently after being given instructions. Employees must speak, read, write and understand the English language for record-keeping and safety reasons. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. Must have a current driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Workers must have three months of tractor driving with computerized monitors experience and cattle experience.
