Job Duties:

This is a general farm laborer position. Employees will work on a farm for a farmer maintaining farm systems and grain handling components such as grain bins, augers, dryers, etc. Workers will also assemble/install/service equipment used for grain harvesting while using hand tools and power tools. Workers may operate various types of equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, or pickup trucks to transport

Special Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Drug Tests are done post hire at the employers expense due to the liability of operating expensive and dangerous equipment. Findings of illicit drug use would be grounds for termination.
