Job Duties:

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store hay and silage crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled harvester and swather. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Crops: Alfalfa, Hay, Silage

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
