- Job Duties:
- In the spring, workers will prepare the fields, spread fertilizer, and plant the corn and soybeans. The workers will operate tractors and farm machinery but will not operate large farm machinery such as planters and combine harvesters. In the summer, the workers will be mowing, fencing, maintaining farm buildings and farm equipment, clearing brush, and rock-picking, along with cultivating the crops. In the fall, the farm needs workers to help harvest corn and soybeans and till the ground. The workers will also sort the corn and beans and move grain in the late Autumn months up to December. Six months row crop experience required, and must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75yds.
