- Using hand tools and equipment, workers will prune, thin, and trim cottonwood (grown for logging purposes) and fruit trees according to the supervisor's instruction, and cultivate soybeans. Workers may receive salary increases and bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
