Job Duties:

Crops: Corn, wheat, sugar beets and straw. These crops listed may or may not be planted and employer is not limited to only these crops listed Schedule to include working split shift as needed. Job duties are but not limited to moving irrigation travelers, hand line travelers, working ground, farm hand clean up, picking up rocks, raking, baling straw and farm maintenance. Must be able to perform all duties within this job description in a safe manner adhering to all established orchard/farm safety guidelines, practices, and procedures. •Must wear all required and assigned personal protective equipment at all times when required to do so. •The worker must wear proper clothing and footwear depending on the season. All footwear must be closed-toed and durable due to safety precautions. •The Employer or designated worker will provide instructions and general supervision. •Workers will be expected to conform to the specific instructions given for each day’s work. •Workers will be required to attend an orientation on workplace rules, policies and safety information. •All work sites covered by this clearance order and all facilities of the employer are drug free work places. •Workers must not report for work, enter employers’ property, or perform service while under the influence of or having used alcohol, marijuana or illegal controlled substances. •Upon the establishment of reasonable suspicion that a Gourley Farms employee is under the influence of alcohol or drugs while a work, the employer shall have a right to require an employee to submit to testing for the presence of drugs or alcohol in the breath, blood, urine or saliva of that employee. In the event there are reasonable grounds to suspect as employee is using drugs or under the influence on the job, the employee will be automatically terminated. The employer will pay for testing and employee will be terminated based on a failed drug test. See Addendum C The Employer attests that all workers will be properly trained in the Worker Protections Standard (WPS) by qualified WPS trainers who have completed an EPA-approved Train-the-Trainer course pursuant to the Oregon Department of Agriculture.

2) 1 month tractor driving experience. The hours/shift for the split shift from 8:00a.m-11:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m-6:00p.m 4b) driving requirements for tractor driving, candidate must be willing to learn to operate a tractor in a safe manner to exemplify and support safe operations 4e) Must be able to lift and/or load 60lbs. 4g) Work may take place when temperatures are below freezing and above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. 4h) May require extensive pulling and/or pushing of tools, wheelbarrows, fruit containers, etc. 4i) May require worker to sit and/or walk for extensive periods of time while sorting, picking, examining, weeding, transporting, pruning, etc. 4j) Workers will be required to stoop and/or bend over while performing farm labor such as weeding, irrigating, pruning, picking, removing debris, etc. 4k) There will be repetitive movements while performing most of the farm labor duties, for example picking, sorting, pruning, shoveling, weeding, etc. See Addendum C
