- Job Duties:
- We farm various crops, these include wheat, hay, oats, flax flowers and peas. Employees will assist with planting, spraying, fertilizing, and operating a combine, tractor and various tillage equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing/harvesting of these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.

- Employees will be required to lift seed bags and load planters and seed drills with a minimum requirement of 75 pounds. Moderate cell phone use will be allowed for business purposes only. A valid drivers license will be required once employee arrive on the farm.
