Job Duties:

Duties include blueberry hand harvesting, possible machine harvesting, and general farm labor such as, but not limited to, planting, weeding, pruning, laying plastic, irrigation, staking, grading, stacking and packing. If workers assist with machine harvesting, it will be to stack and load/unload blueberries. Other duties include maintenance and cleanup of harvesting and related equipment, structures and grounds. This work will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as heavy bending, stooping and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
