- Job Duties:
- Duties include blueberry and blackberry hand harvesting and general farm labor such as, but not limited to, field packing, planting, weeding, pruning, maintenance and cleanup. Workers may also machine harvest blueberries, which includes stacking and loading/unloading. This will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as heavy bending, stooping and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
