- Crops: Blackberries, Blueberries Employees will harvest, pick, plant, pack on the field site, prune, fertilize, count, load, and unload blueberries and blackberries. They will also be pulling weeds, laying plastic, raking, and cleaning areas around the farms and buildings. Other duties may include field maintenance, camp sanitation, loading, and unloading of product.
