- Job Duties:
- The job specifications involve skilled farm labor for the purpose of preparing for and performing seasonal duties associated with potato harvesting. Conducts pre-operation inspections and performs basic equipment service/maintenance tasks on farm equipment Operate potato harvesting equipment, including conveyers, pilers, forklifts, bobcat, and washline equipment Handle potatoes in a manner to ensure they are not damaged Removal and clean up of harvest debris Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures Perform farm site cleaning, including truck and trailer cleaning Report equipment repair needs to a supervisor Notify supervisor of potato quality concerns Perform general farm work as needed All tools will be provided at no cost
