- Produce sweet potatoes: Box plants, transplant, harvest sweet potatoes. Transplant: sit on transplant machine and place plants in clips. Harvest: lift potatoes from the ground and place into buckets and empty buckets into bins. Sort and pack sweet potatoes in the farm packing house.
