Job Duties:

Job duties include the operation of equipment for pasture cutting, pasture spraying, fence repairs, and some work with livestock. Employees will operate tractors, feed truck, feed wagon, 4-wheeler/off-road vehicle, and cattle hauling truck/trailer. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded as needed and driven on the farm and to haul cattle. The employer will buy the cattle in early summer and needs employees for property border building, property border repairs, and handling cattle. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Special Requirements:

Employees may undergo drug screening and criminal background check post hire at the employer's expense to ensure safety at and around the operation. Handling cattle requires pushing and pulling gates and walking to move the cattle around. Moderate cell phone use is allowed at the worksite.
