- Job Duties:
- Workers will assist in maintaining farm systems and grain handling components such as grain bins, augers, dryers, etc. Workers may operate various types of equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, or pickup trucks to transport. During down time some shop maintenance, grounds maintenance, tractor/sprayer maintenance such as oil changes, tire changes, and other mechanical maintenance might be required.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Drug test is required post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating expensive equipment.
